HOW HOMEVERITY WORKS
Find a built-in project and follow it from start to finish.
HomeVerity is currently centered on its project catalog: search, choose an existing project, configure the choices that project needs, then work through the detailed instructions one step at a time.
1. Search the project catalog
Use normal words such as leaking faucet, build a shed, brake pads, or workbench. HomeVerity searches the project guides already built into the site.
2. Pick the closest project
Open the exact authored guide or configurable build that matches the work you want to do. If there is no exact match, browse the closest projects or categories instead of being sent into a generated project.
3. Get ready before touching the job
See the tools, materials, parts, measurements, warnings, setup choices, and verification points that are already part of that project workflow.
4. Do one step at a time
HomeVerity keeps the current step in front of you, explains what to do and what to check, and lets you move forward when that step is complete. Your saved progress stays on this device.

The catalog is the front door to HomeVerity. These rules define the current experience:
The project guide stays focused on doing the work.
Each authored project can include tools, materials, dimensions, safety notes, CAD or visual guidance where available, detailed work steps, and verification checks. Configurable projects can still adapt their built-in plan to the dimensions and choices you enter.
Shopping links appear only for verified matches.
HomeVerity does not turn a generic retailer search into proof that a tool, material, or part is correct for your project. When there is no verified product match, the project shows “No verified online match — check your local hardware store.”
